Open dialogue with the community
The San Juan Project maintains continuous dialogue with local communities, particularly with the Comunidades de Montes, who are the landowners where the project is developed. Listening to their views, concerns, and expectations is a fundamental part of how we work.
These meetings are designed as a two-way dialogue: not only to share information about the project’s progress, but also to gather questions, concerns, and suggestions from local residents. The feedback received is reviewed and, where possible, taken into account in the development of the project.
In addition, the project maintains close and ongoing collaboration with local and regional authorities, fostering relationships based on transparency, institutional trust, and respect for the territory.
